Responding to matters and audit inquiries and follow-ups relating to parliamentary and council matters
Coordinate activities related to meetings conferences discussions and celebrations
Collection of taxes due annually
Preparation of annual cash statement and income expenditure estimates
Prepare annual final accounts and submit them for audit and provide necessary information to the Auditor General’s Department
Matters relating to the Right to Information Act
Calling for estimates for proposals based on priority
Adherence to guidelines issued by regulatory bodies to ensure better transparency in the development process
Preparation of annual performance report and submission to concerned authorities
Implement and maintain compliance with the rules and regulations issued by the government
