- Maintaining cleanliness and safety of the local council complex
- All matters relating to letters received from all Provincial Ministries and Departments
- Responding to matters and audit inquiries and follow-ups relating to parliamentary and council matters
- Coordinate activities related to meetings conferences discussions and celebrations
- Collection of taxes due annually
- Preparation of annual cash statement and income expenditure estimates
- Prepare annual final accounts and submit them for audit and provide necessary information to the Auditor General’s Department
- Matters relating to the Right to Information Act
- Calling for estimates for proposals based on priority
- Adherence to guidelines issued by regulatory bodies to ensure better transparency in the development process
- Preparation of annual performance report and submission to concerned authorities
- Implement and maintain compliance with the rules and regulations issued by the government
